FREQUENTLY ASKED
Try Basic, Trapper or Professional for 14 days with no credit card required. Access follows your chosen trial plan; switching does not restart the trial. If the trial ends without payment, access pauses and owned properties and their contents are kept for 14 more days, then deleted unless you subscribe. Login and access to others’ properties remain.
For paid customers, upgrading to Professional takes effect now with proration and the same renewal date. Downgrading from Professional takes effect at renewal; pick properties now. Basic and Trapper switch immediately without charge or credit. Collaborators are kept; additional seats are shown in the quote.
Access continues through your paid period. Owned properties and their contents are deleted 30 days after that period ends. Export in Reports & Exports or transfer before the deadline. Login, access to others’ properties, and billing and audit records remain. Individually paused properties have their own 30-day deadline. Failed-renewal retention is a separate policy.
No refunds once subscribed. Use the 14-day no-card trial to decide before paying. Any exception is a manual decision by Private Land Stewards, LLC, minus processing fees.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices and regular penetration testing. Your land records are never shared with third parties.
A property is a distinct land holding you manage as a unit. It can include multiple parcels, stands, or stand types within it. The limit applies to how many separate properties (land holdings) you can manage in the platform, not to how many fields or stands within each property.
The Professional plan is built for wildlife consultants, foresters, and land managers who work with multiple clients. The multi-property dashboard and client report tools are the defining features that distinguish it from the Trapper plan.
